Fully Automatic Aluminum Angle Cutting Saw

Fully automatic aluminum angle cutting saw is a professional door and window cutting equipment used by door and window processing companies to cut aluminum corners when producing thermal break aluminum doors and windows. It is mainly divided into heavy-duty fully automatic angle code cutting saw, semi-automatic angle code cutting saw and CNC angle code cutting saw.

 

 

The machine body is welded with rectangular steel pipes and steel plates. It has high strength and good rigidity.
Saw head part
The gas-liquid damping cylinder drives the slide plate to move forward and backward on the linear guide rail to complete the cutting and retraction. There is a motor and a spindle on the slide plate, and a saw blade on the spindle. The motor drives the spindle and the saw blade to rotate through the belt. There are also positioning plates and cylinder clamping profile mechanisms on the saw head. The entire machine head is covered in a protective cover, which plays a role in safety protection.
Automatic feeding part
The cylinder drives the feeding mechanism to complete automatic feeding. The feeding mechanism is equipped with a linear bearing and moves on a circular guide rail to ensure the accuracy of repeated feeding.
