Working Of Glass Processing Machinery
Glass Feeding and Identification
Glass sheets are automatically fed into the line and inspected; the system can detect coated and Low‑E glass without manual settings to ensure correct processing.

Washing and Drying Section
Glass passes through multiple soft brushes and spray nozzles in a stainless steel washing room, then is dried with hot air and air knives to remove water and contaminants before assembly.

Spacer Placement and Assembly
After cleaning, the insulating spacer frame is positioned between glass sheets and assembled automatically, ensuring accurate alignment for high‑quality insulating glass units (IGUs).

Pressing and Gas Filling
The assembled glass units are pressed to bond layers and optionally filled with insulating gas (such as argon) between panes to improve thermal performance, then sealed for airtight durability.

Final Inspection and Discharge
Completed insulating glass units are checked for quality, dimensions, and seal integrity before being discharged from the line for storage or shipping.
