Equipment Features
☆It is used for cutting 45° and 90° industrial aluminium profiles for doors, windows, curtain walls, solar frames, etc. It has the functions of automatic cycle feeding, cutting and automatic output of finished products.
☆The automatic feeding table can continuously and automatically clamp the profiles for cutting and processing, adopting imported high-precision rack and pinion to ensure the feeding precision.
☆The moving part adopts high-precision linear guide rail, which runs stably and ensures the processing precision.
Imported high-quality control system, simple and efficient operation.
☆Imported motor is directly connected with saw blade, stable cutting and high machining precision.
☆Equipped with multi-station follow up tool magazine, fully enclosed shell design, multiple safety protection structure, high safety performance.
☆Adopting high-precision linear guide and ball screw transmission system to ensure the stability of feeding in the cutting process, the angle error can be controlled within ±5′, and the repeat positioning error is ±0.05mm.
