Window Making Machine End Milling Machine is suitable for end-face milling of plastic profiles and aluminum alloy profiles. It can be used for special-shaped milling of the stiffener section in screw joints of aluminum-plastic doors and windows as well as end-face milling of heavy and large materials such as large-volume, complex-shaped aluminum-plastic door and window screw joints and aluminum curtain walls.

 

 

☆This machine adopts pneumatic clamping and manual advancement. According to the width of the profile, multiple profiles can be milled at one time.

This machine has the characteristics of advanced technology, stable performance, reliable operation, convenient and simple operation, etc. It adopts electric, pneumatic, and manual methods. The motion pair uses linear bearings and non-lubricated bearings. It has high precision and is easy to maintain. This machine consists of a disc cutter, cutter holder, motor, milling feed mechanism, positioning mechanism, clamping device, workbench, body, pneumatic system, simple circuit, etc.

1. Disc milling cutter

This machine adopts a three-sided edge alloy disc milling cutter, which is self-made by our company according to the cutting requirements. Special milling cutters can also be designed and processed according to user requirements.

2. Tool holder

The tool arbor connects the disc milling cutter and the motor output shaft into one body, and the motor directly drives the disc cutter through the tool arbor for milling.

3. Feeding device

This machine uses a pneumatic mechanism for milling. It can control the working cylinder through micro switches, solenoid valves and travel switches, so that the cylinder drives the motor box to perform horizontal and linear reciprocating motions. This completes the milling work.

4. Positioning device

The length of the profile positioning plate ruler can be adjusted and positioned according to milling requirements to adapt to the cutting depth requirements of special-shaped grooves.

5. Clamping device

The workbench where the profile is placed is equipped with a compression cylinder to make the profile stable.
