Equipment Features
☆Hollow line all back to back wheel plate material is high-strength density board with double-sided polyurethane resin coating.Strong corrosion resistance, good humidity resistance and good flatness.
☆01 segment coating inspection device without adjusting any parameters and transmittance can automatically recognise any manufacturer's coated glass and LOW-E glass.
☆02 The overall housing is made of stainless steel.
☆02 The brushes can directly wash coated glass and LOW-E glass. The brush motor is driven by a separate motor, each unit is equipped with 6 brush motors, 6 brushes controlled by 6 separate circuit breakers and AC contactors.
The brush bearings adopt automatic core-adjusting bearings.
☆02 The washing room adopts segmented washing, and the washing room is separated by stainless steel water barrier to prevent cross contamination of water flow caused by the rotation of brushes, and the transmission rubber roller adopts acid and alkali resistant rubber roller, which can automatically adjust the pitch according to the different thicknesses of glass. The front and rear rubber rollers are driven by gears, and all of them are active transmission, so there will be no loss of rotation and glass jammed and immobilised.
☆02 air drying section is pasted with soundproof cotton, the role of soundproof cotton is to reduce the noise of the fan blowing and absorb the glass in the strong wind pressure drying at the same time as the water mist.
☆02 air knife using Germany Bystronic technology, the whole is made of stainless steel, according to different glass thickness automatically adjust the width.
☆02The air drying section increases the device to avoid the glass staying in the air knife mouth, avoiding the glass staying in the air knife mouth for a long time will appear wind spot.
The fan adopts high wind pressure fan, which can freely switch between internal and external circulating winds, and is equipped with air door device.
Waterborne system:
☆It consists of three separate water circuits: a primary wash water system, a secondary wash water system and a spray water system, where the glass is first cleaned by the two-stage wash water system and then sprayed at high pressure by the spray water system.
☆The washing water circuit has a water heater, which can be heated according to the room temperature. In order to ensure the cleaning effect, the conductivity of the water is not greater than 40μs/cm, if the water quality is poor, it is necessary to be equipped with a water treatment device, the water enters the spray tank after water treatment, and then overflows into the cleaning water tank, circulating the water.
☆After water treatment, the water enters the spray tank and then overflows into the cleaning water tank for recycling. Water treatment device provided by the user.
Air duct system:
☆It consists of high pressure fan, wind heating system, circulating return air system and a pair of adjustable tilting wind knives, the cleaned glass is dried by the wind while walking.
☆Section 03 is divided into two transmission motors controlled separately and two frequency converters controlled independently. It can automatically identify the length of large and small glass, and two pieces of glass can be parked after cleaning, which improves the production efficiency. The system is free to switch without manual adjustment.
☆The appearance of 04 section is made of aluminium profile splicing, equipped with LED lighting tubes.
Positioning of aluminium frame of 04 section adopts spring-type positioning device, no need to adjust the glass thickness manually, high positioning accuracy and easy operation for workers.
☆The lifting and lowering of the crossbeam of the 05-section closing segment is controlled by brake motor with high control precision. The front and rear movement is controlled by hydraulic pressure.
☆The production process of 06-section pressing section, after fixing the board surface by large-scale engraving machine overall levelling, to ensure the flatness of the board surface, to ensure that the glass is not broken.
☆06 section pressing section control mode for hydraulic control mode. Hydraulic control mode adopts hydraulic station driven cylinder control, four corners of the rack and pinion synchronous device.
Electrical control systems:
☆The equipment adopts PLC control, digital input control system, stable operation, more humanised design, high degree of automation and easy operation.
The equipment can process double-glass, triple-glass, quadruple-glass and louvered glass.
☆The man-machine screen is controlled by touch screen, manual and automatic switching at will, the glass is moved away and in the machine casually without causing the normal operation of the programme, and each section can be controlled.
