Technical features
The backrest wheels on each section are mounted with inlay type, which makes the wheel surface more flat and the glass conveying more stable, and the straightness of sealing glue will be better.
The machine is configured as a three-section line with input 1, output 1 and output 2 for uninterrupted production.
For the length over 4000mm, the machine adopts the design scheme of two big sections and four small sections to avoid overloading of big glass and to achieve faster and more efficient speed of small glass.
The equipment is divided into single (double) glue configuration, including glue mixer, which is convenient for switching between different sealants. It consists of two-component system/hydraulic system, under the control of the electrical system, it can supply glue and secondary pressurisation, so as to achieve the effect of stable gluing.
Each section adopts a v-shaped structure (the structure is adjustable), stable transmission and easy to replace. Each movement unit is controlled by servo motors and combined with high precision sensors to achieve precise positioning.
Each edge and corner can be adjusted independently of the interface parameter when sealing, with good sealing effect, full corners and flat surfaces without air lines, no need for repair.
According to the formula mode, different specifications of the glass adjusted once, and then used again from the menu to select, all the speed, pressure and other parameters, mechanical position automatically change.
The control system is made by YASKAWA from Japan and Delta from Taiwan.
All pneumatic components are used Japan SMC, including cylinders, solenoid valves, regulators.
The touch screen is simple and convenient for workers to operate. All the faults will be displayed in the touch screen, clear and understandable, and can be realised to restore the faults with one key.
Can produce double, triple and quadruple glass.
Automatic glue discharging system avoids clogging of pipelines due to non-human reasons.
