3+1 Axis CNC Drilling Milling Machine is designed for processing round holes, slots, keyhole etc on aluminum profile, window-door and curtain wall industry, it is also suitable for processing milling, chamfer,engraving plane surface and other procedure.

Ø Equipment features
☆The main structure of the equipment consists of a bed and a horizontal beam that slides and moves behind the bed. Both parts are welded steel parts and processed by high-precision machining centers.
☆Shaft sliding
Each axial movement moves on high-precision, high-reliability linear motion square guide rails.
☆Axis movement
The X-axis uses a screw kinematic pair (longitudinal).
Y-axis adopts screw kinematic pair (transverse)
The Z-axis uses a screw kinematic pair (vertical). The Z-axis drive is equipped with an automatic braking device. The Z-axis automatically brakes when the power is off.
☆Spindle
The electric spindle adopts high-speed air-cooled electric spindle.
The rotation speed of the electric spindle is controlled by a vector frequency converter.
☆Tool lubrication
Equipped with minimum quantity lubrication system to lubricate cutting tools
☆Work area
The working area consists of 6 pneumatic clamping devices.
☆Electric control cabinet
The electric control cabinet contains the inverter, driver, and CNC device, and is equipped with an IP55 protection level to prevent dust and liquids.
The control panel is separated from the electrical control cabinet.
☆Workbench
Can be rotated within ±90°.
☆Control system:
Using industrial computer, XP operating system, standard configuration keyboard, mouse, and buttons. It also includes a USB port for transferring processing programs.
☆Program features:
By calling the CAD drawings that have been drawn, G code processing can be generated.
