UPVC Profile Bending Machine

Working Principle

Although the working principle of a specific UPVC round bending machine may vary from model to model and manufacturer to manufacturer, the basic principle is usually similar to that of a steel bar bender. According to Search Result 2, the main structure of a rebar bender consists of a horizontal working disc rotating on a vertical axis. By placing the UPVC pipe in a specific position and using the rotating motion of the working disc, the pipe can be bent.

The steps are as follows

Placing the pipe: the UPVC pipe is placed in the specified position on the working disc.

Fixed pipe: through the support pins or other fixed devices to fix the pipe to prevent movement in the bending process.

Start the equipment: start the bending machine, the working disc begins to rotate.

Bending process: As the working disc rotates, the pipe is gradually bent into the desired shape and angle.

Stop and take down the finished product: after the bending is completed, stop the machine and take down the bent UPVC pipe.
